Assessing and costing a property for major repairs and upgrades is a costly and time demanding task. It also demands a level of knowledge and expertise not necessarily found in many organisations. Active is able to provide a detailed Property Condition Report for all organizations particularly with regards Group Homes and other accommodation types. We can coordinate the use of a range of specialist advisers including structural engineers, architects and builders to support organisations in the development of their capital asset management plans. Current Fee Structure: $100.00 per hour |
