Active will provide equal access to Community Housing and will not discriminate towards individuals regardless of their circumstances and will provide fair treatment to all tenants relating to tenancy issues. Active will respond to the changing needs of tenants with fairness and creativity. Active will ensure stability of housing is maintained where possible Active has a Tenant Reference Group that tenants can participate in. This provides Active with feedback regarding provision of housing and services Active will be accountable to its Stakeholders, namely:
